Russ Weybright (President) has served as strategic advisor to senior executives, effecting process improvement in supply chain and operations for companies across industry lines – including healthcare, medical devices, aerospace, electronics and industrial apparatus – and supply-chain channels, from local procurement to global sourcing and distribution. His expertise helped bring dramatic operational improvement to Johnson & Johnson, GE, Eaton Corporation, ABB and Sundstrand Corporation. Russ provides strong and creative vision, hands-on partnering, and a commitment to implementation of customer-focused strategies that transform businesses and deliver lasting results.

Rebecca Jasper, a successful consultant since 2002, focuses on project management, supply chain management, process excellence and cost reduction. Clients she has served include Delphi, Caterpillar, Zimmer, Northwest Airlines, Xcel Energy, among others.

Rebecca is fluent in French, with her speaking skills honed during an assignment with the Peace Corps in the Republic of Congo and her current role as a lecturer at the Bordeaux School of Management in Bordeaux, France. She is also fluent in Japanese. Rebecca has an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a BA in international business from St Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana.

Dan Feder is a seasoned and accomplished procurement executive and a successful consultant since 2002. His expertise is in negotiation, organization re-engineering and large organization leadership. Dan has experience in capital procurement and a regulated industry. He has a track record of delivering outstanding cost savings through negotiation.

Dan has an MBA and BS from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
